We want you to feel confident when working with Pulse Call AI. However, due to upfront costs involved in setting up campaigns and AI tools, our refund policy is as follows:

Clients may request a full refund within 12 hours of payment.

After 12 hours, all setup fees are non-refundable.

Retainer fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once services for that billing period have commenced.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
